Job Description        

Required Skills: 
      ·         Should have experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL
      ·         Experience or knowledge in frameworks like Struts, Hibernate or Spring would be added advantage.
      ·         In depth knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle Database including schema design, SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.
      ·         Experience developing and deploying web-based applications in WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat or Jboss  assurance.
      ·         Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, quality assurance support and post-implementation maintenance.
      ·         Good analytical and problem solving skills.
      ·         A strong commitment to quality  Experience in Onsite Offshore model.

·         Should be capable and willing to work in a dynamic environment against aggressive delivery schedules.

·         Should be able to present and communicate effectively with international clients, team members and management.
            ·         Experience using version control and bug tracking systems. Should work closely with solution architects to implement best-of-class solutions.
           ·         Design, develop and lead software and database development and maintenance projects.
           ·         Candidates should be self driven and should have a proven ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
