Job Description

1. 1st Line IT support for customers in India.
2. Use remote tools for support and installations.
3. Knowledge on Database Management.
4. Knowledge on SQL
5. Server administration.
6. Content Checking and Virus software
7. Internet and Intranet server support experience
8. Ability to excel in own work and manage / train others
9. Follow process and procedures as detailed for customer issue resolution / escalation.
