Job Description:

1. Specification review review, gap analysis and closure
2. Product quality information interface with Sales, Mktg, Engg, Mfg and QA teams to consolidate information for customer surveys, RoHS requests and quality inquiries
3. Product Change Notice (PCN) activities initiation, tracking, closure and post publication support
4. Generate and maintain internal/external knowledge bases and quality document resources
5. Define and track metrics that measure customer satisfaction present these metrics at weekly review meetings
6. Specify software and other IT infrastructural tools that will enable process automation and increase in efficiency
7. Interface with (US based) corporate quality team to align day-to-day objectives with long term strategic goals

1. Strong leadership and organizational skills
2. Self starter, ability to work under minimal supervision
3. Superior communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
4. Ability to interface cross functionally and across various levels of the organization
5. Long term tenacity to manage and complete tasks under strict deadlines
6. Limited international travel may be required
7. Project coordination and/or management
