Job Description:

1. Maintain the quality of channels
2. Regular Check-up of the Video & Audio quality.
3. Maintain the shift works as per the department norms.
4. Attentive to all operations & activities of the team.
5. Regular logging & analysis of Video & Audio parameters to Monitor the Quality.
6. Raising alarm for the proper action during negative situation, if any.
7. Tracking of various equipments (Receivers , CAM modules , Analyzers etc.) & parts of it in a scheduled manner.
8. Keep reporting of installed online & standby equipments monthly.
9. Inform about the faulty equipments..
10. Asisiting in Troubleshoot the happening faults in the equipments as soon as possible.
