• OSI Layer, Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN (Switching), WAN (GRE), TCP/IP Suite & UDP
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with positive attitude

Note: Certification in N+, CCNA, CCNP preferred
