Job Description:

• Maintain the quality of channels
• Regular Check-up of the Video & Audio quality.
• Maintain the shift works as per the department norms.
• Attentive to all operations & activities of the team.
• Regular logging & analysis of Video & Audio parameters to Monitor the Quality.
• Raising alarm for the proper action during negative situation, if any.
• Tracking of various equipments (Receivers , CAM modules , Analyzers etc.) & parts of it in a scheduled manner.
• Keep reporting of installed online & standby equipments monthly.
• Inform about the faulty equipments..
• Asisiting in Troubleshoot the happening faults in the equipments as soon as possible.
