1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Should analyze and assess the quality of a deliverable from a techno-functional stand point

5. Effective reviews of Reqmt, Design  Code ,Test Cases by taking proper sampling . Need to perform reviews of the deliverables against industry standards and best practices
