1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Extensive experience in C/C++/Java Application development on Windows and Unix
3. One of the Web Servers/container: IIS, iPlanet, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat
4. One of the Database systems (as backend): MS SQL, Oracle, DB2
5. Technical presentation skills
6. Process orientation
7. Exposure to waterfall & agile development practices
8. Exposure to .NET and J2EE will be added plus
9. Right attitude towards work (self-learner, takes initiative, good team player)
