Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Provide technical service and support to new and existing Ericsson Test Environment networks.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to configure network connections internally in labs as well as world-wide. The router, switch and firewall products are mainly Cisco, Juniper and Redback.
4. Plan and provide, on time and with good quality, a controlled hardware, software and docware environment for test projects
5. Good analytical skills, business oriented.
6. Organized, structured way of working and high quality in the results delivered
7. Able to work under high pressure
8. Good social skills
9. Ability to work with many tasks simultaneously
