Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university
2. Previous professional experience in a customer-service capacity, preferably in a high-volume, transactional environment
3. Evidence of conveying customer worship through your written and verbal communication
4. Availability to work 2 or 3 weekend days each month
5. Experience in e-commerce preferred
6. Bachelor's degree preferred
7. Comfort in a computer- based role for up to 8 hours a day
8. Ability to work in an open space work environment
9. Ability to work at a desk, using a mouse and keyboard regularly
10. Ability to work overtime
11. Ability to work irregular hours or rotating shifts
