1. Students passing out their UG/PG in 2013
2. 50% in UG/PG – upto 6th Semester aggregate
3. CGPA to be converted to percentage to meet the eligibility criteria
4. Maximum of 2 standing arrears allowed
5. Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts on rotation
6. Selected candidates will join as Technical Support Officer-for voice Process.

2. Basic Desktop and computer knowledge
