1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Contributes to new process, program and system implementations and/or design within a single function, business, or geography
3. Delivers basic employee support services in assigned areas.
4. Uses assigned delivery mechanisms to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
5. Contributes to process improvement and achieves assigned tasks.
6. Assists with processes to resolve employee/Human Resources (HR) support issues/cases.
7. May assist in escalation support to HR functions and partners
8. Assists with the implementation of process improvement to optimize the customer experience globally
9. Contributes to corporate-, business-, or function specific training support solutions that impact multiple business units globally.
