1. The candidate should be BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
3. Good Database and data manipulation skills - working knowledge of Excel, Access, and SQL; VBA or VB.Net is an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance market and claims data handling would be added advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication
6. Enthusiasm to work in a team
7. Demonstrate good understanding of catastrophe modeling after structured training.
8. Learn best practices in catastrophe modeling and reflect this in your day to day work.
9. Participate actively in your project activities and maintain highest standards of quality of work.
10. Demonstrate understanding of RMS Products including new products as they are released.
11. Demonstrate understanding about the focus markets for RMS and the reasons why clients use the different RMS products and services.
