Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Candidates will go thru on the job training that would include technology and business
3. He would get a chance to work with different teams to get well rounded exposure to various aspects of software development
4. Career lines can be groomed to Relationship Management/BA/Dev/QA Manager/Domain experts (SME)/Product management etc
5. He would work with project managers, technical leads, business owners and analysts through the entire SDLC
6. Understand and refine requirements, design, develop, code review, unit test and finally implement fresh development/enhancement solutions
7. Good understanding of Data structures and Algorithm concepts
8. Exposure to Java related technologies is strongly preferred, though not a must
9. Strong analytical, problem solving and Interpersonal skills
10. Attention to detail and strong work ethics
