Job Description:

1. The candidate must be a BE/BTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Providing client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
3. Talking clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
4. Installing and configuring software and applications
5. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
6. Logging client queries
7. Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
8. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs; Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
9. Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
10. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
11. Supporting the roll-out of new applications
12. Maintaining and monitoring the application functionalities
13. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
