Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/MTech/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Ensure UI performance of the Kindle Device across different software and device builds
3. Perform UI measurements across different devices and multiple user scenarios
4. Understand and ramp up on QA procedures, guidelines and policies for newly launched devices and apply them
5. Perform testing to qualify for response time of device user interface
6. Use software tools for QA, fixup and data capture on a daily basis
7. Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing status reports
8. Be proactive in identifying, reporting troubleshooting and escalation of issue
9. Be part of a highly charged work environment
10. Device QA experience is much preferred but not mandatory.
11. Basic exposure to Unix operating system
12. Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are required
13. High level of energy and proactive nature
14. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
15. Knowledge/Experience in writing code
