Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Proven functional resource that has strong knowledge of PeopleSoft's Financials or HRMS ERP suite with in-depth knowledge of sub-modules
3. Must have good communication skills (oral and written) in dealing with customers and be able to deal and work multiple issues at once
4. Must be a team player - able to work with different teams that have different skill sets and drive the issue to completion with them when working product issues
5. Must be MS-Office proficient and possess strong understanding of PeopleSoft's technology and PIA architecture
6. Experience in 24 x 7 global operations support
7. Should be flexible in working on Rotational shifts (24*7) rotational shifts
8. Basic Peoplesoft Technical Knowledge is must
