Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/BSc/MCA graduate from any recognized university
2. Understand the product requirement, Envision stakeholder requirements to transform the same to Use cases.
3. Good at Linux and Shell scripting
4. Write end to end manual test plans and execute test plans
5. Setup lab infrastructure to simulate multiple test configurations
6. Perform end to end integration and functional testing of the product and solution
7. Automation experience is added advantage. Specially SILK tool knowledge is advantage.
8. Linux and strong troubleshooting skills
9. SIP, H.323, networking. RTP, SRTP.
10. General Telecom knowledge, inbound Contact Center
