Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/Diploma graduate from any recognized university
2. Enablers Adherence to all laid down systems & processes 100 % compliance – Zero audit deviations
3. Green Belt Certification Ensure Green belt certification for self if not done
4. Encourage customers to log direct calls with call center Ensure > 80% calls directly logged by customers
5. Daily PDA Complaince 100% Compliance
6. All calls to be routed through PDA ( expt for ICICI )
7. SOS Ensure staff follows EH&S policies, legislation and procedures in day-to-day work, inclusive of site or project safety plan requirements, PPE requirements, tagging and testing requirements, contractor Health and Safety and Hazard and Risk Assessments. Report all unsafe condition/behaviours. Maintain rate of minimum 1 SOS per month
8. HSE Compliance Ensure staff follows EH&S policies, legislation and procedures in day-to-day work, inclusive of site or project safety plan requirements, PPE requirements, tagging and testing requirements, contractor Health and Safety and Hazard and Risk Assessments
9. People Manage contract employees & ensure they are well acquainted with our systems Manage contract employees & ensure they are well acquainted with our systems
10. Skill Tool Update for yourself & ensure skills development Update the technical skills on Skill Tool. Ensure relevant skills development in consulattaion with manager. Devlop induvisual training plan with team leader. Ensure to attend atleast 8 mandays of training in the calender year
