Selection Process:

1. Number of positions – 30
2. BE/Btech/MCA  of 2012. Should have done in ECE, EEE, CS, IT, IS branch only. Minimum of 65% average in academics – only in Degree.
3. Training duration 45 days at Vimarshana center.
4. There will be lot of hands-on and Training will cover the following
5. Windows 7
6. Windows Server 2008 R2
7. Linux – Redhat
8. MS SQL Server 2010
9. MY SQL
10. Networking and Security
11. ITIL fundamentals
12. Soft skills – Communication skills, Presentation skills, working in teams etc
13. ​Each student will be given Mindtree approved Handouts worth close to Rs 3000.
14. Participants will get lunch, coffee, tea during the training days.
15. Course Fee: Rs 40,000 plus Service Tax at 12.36%
16. Vimarshana will conduct a written aptitude test and interview.
17. Shortlisted candidates will be sent to Mindtree for their interview and selection.
18. Selected candidates will be enrolled to training after payment of 1st installment of Rs 20000 plus Service Tax.
19. Enrolled candidates will be issued the conditional offer letter from Mindtree.
20. 2nd installment of Rs 20000 plus Service Tax to be paid after 1 month of training completion.
21. After full training completion, candidates will be interviewed at Mindtree on the topics taught during training.  Selected candidates will be issued offer letter and will be asked to join Mindtree immly.
22. Mindtree Salary: INR2.1Lac per annum and 50% of the training fee will be refunded after successful completion of 1 year at Mindtree.
23. Job may involve 24x7 services and Mindtree provides the shift allowance and pickup and drop services as per their HR Policies.
24. Mindtree based on the job requirement may transfer the candidates to any of the locations across India after training.
