7. Ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process
8. Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
9. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
10. Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone (Inbound, No Sales)
