1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Enterprise architecture/software design/implementation, particularly large-scale web-based systems (J2EE, .NET, Linux)
3. Database design, performance tuning and optimization (Oracle/MySQL)
4. Java and C++ programming in Linux/Unix environment
5. OO-based analysis and design
6. Software design and development methodologies, including agile methods
7. Systems/network design, systems performance tuning
8. Scripting Languages (Shell, Python, Perl)
9. Source Control (GIT experience is an advantage)
10. Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Google Test
11. Mobile Development experiences would be a plus
12. Highly analytical, innovative, and able to think strategically and to develop comprehensive detailed specifications
13. Ability to determine impact of architectural solutions and recommendations
