Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Knowledge of software development or software quality assurance methodologies
3. Exposure to automated testing, software programming, or software scripting is required
4. Strong written and spoken English communication skills
5. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies
6. Experience using Windows operating systems
7. Work experience in PDM/PLM and web-based applications would be an advantage
8. Develop test cases and test plans and execute tests
9. Install and configure software products on various platforms
10. Take ownership for performing software testing of a given functional area
11. Develop and maintain test automation
12. Report software defects and track quality assurance metrics such as defect counts, test coverage
13. Communicate status effectively to management
