Job Description:

1. The candidate should be any graduate from any recognized university
2. Intermediate knowledge level in networking concepts
3. Working knowledge in routers, switches.
4. Excellent interpersonal skill and customer handling skill
5. Knowledge about End user interaction for trouble shooting the network related issues & ISP coordination
6. Level 1 trouble shooting on incidents related to network infrastructure.
7. Monitoring the bandwidth utilization and latency towards critical locations
8. Proactive monitoring of the WAN LINK using Orion NPM & Coordination with ISP during link outages and latency issue
9. Perform the daily network checks in routers, switches and Monthly network report generation
10. Follow the incident management process. And Create and update Service disruption notification during Major incidents
