1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech graduate from any recognized university
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills in Apps and Databases
3. Should be open for relocation/ night shifts if the project demands
4. Backup and recovery using physical and logical backups
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills
6. Should have ability to work individually as well as in a team
7. Exposure Weblogic/SOA install & Administration
8. Ability to grasp the domain knowledge and perform a functional review against functional and non-functional requirements
9. Ability to perform review against industry/NTT Data standards and practices
10. Participate in Defect analysis and prevention activities
11. Conduct root cause analysis for customer defects
12. Ensure entry criteria is satisfied before taking up the SQA activities
13. Strong communication with Diplomatic skills and analytical skills
14. Ability to take on challenges
