2. Software Development activities in Design, Test case preparation, Coding, Unit Testing, SST/Assembly testing
3. Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, UNIX, Web logic
4. Answering customer queries and tickets
5. Root cause analysis for production issues and process failures
6. Meeting productivity & Quality targets, Meeting SLAs/KPIs
7. Good communication and analytical skill
