1. The candidate should be Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering from any recognized university
2. Experience in C/C++ programming and debugging, Work product should be maintainable and require little to no rework.
3. Design – Experience with client/server and object oriented software design with good user interface design skills.
4. Knowledge about Debugging – Strong problem solving skills
5. Should be a team player and should possess excellent communication skills.
6. Good communication skills are a must to be able to interact with not only your team but also other teams spread out in various Citrix locations.
