1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/BSc/Other graduate from any recognized university 
2. Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate.
3. Developing Customer Service, Project Management and understanding of technology in direct responsibility
4. Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve more complex incidents
5. Understand the HP solutions set and be able to apply these solutions to meet customer and/or trade infrastructure needs within area of responsibility.
