IBPS Recruitment 2013 for CWE “PO/MT” for Any Graduates, August 2013-Across India

Job Role: Probationary Officers/Management Trainee

Job Location: Across India

Educational Qualification: Any Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years to 30 years

Application Fee:

1. For SC/ST: INR 100
2. Others: INR 600

Written Examination: Composite time of 2 hours

1. Reasoning
2. English Language
3. Quantitative Aptitude
4. General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry)
5. Computer Knowledge

Cutoff Score:

1. Candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. 
2. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview.

Interview Process:

1. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CWE PO/MT-III will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organizations.
2. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). 
3. The weightage (ratio) of CWE (exam) and interview will be 80:20. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in CWE PO/MT-III and Interview. 
4. A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview to be shortlisted for subsequent allotment process, details of which will be available subsequently on IBPS website.
