1. The candidate should be B.E in Electronics and Telecommunications/ Computers/ Information Technology/Electronics/MCA/MCS graduate from any recognized university with 60% in academic
2. Good knowledge in administration, Configuration and Maintenance of VOIP PBX for Contact Centre led offerings for Avaya, Microsoft, Cisco, Aspect and other technology solutions.
3. Knowledge of Network and security components like Router, Switches, Firewalls, Audio/ Video Set up, Servers and Storage
4. Candidate should have good communication skills
