Job Description:

1. The candidate should be B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I) , BCA / B.Sc. - (CS / IT / Mathematics / Statistics) graduate from any recognized university with 60% academic and no backlogs
2. Interested candidate will work as provide hardware/software/network problem analysis and resolution support over the phone
3. Should have understanding of IT Environment and ready to learn new processes and technologies
4. Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies and ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
5. Good to have basic understanding of Client Server Architecture, OS and CCNA/MCP/MSCA is preferred
6. Good analytical problem solving skill
7. Good communication of both written and verbal
