Job Description:

1. The candidate should be BE/BTech(CS/IT/EEE/ECE/E&I), BCA/ B.Sc.(CS/ IT / Mathematics / Statistics) graduate from any recognized university with 60% in academic and no backlogs
2. Knowledge of basic Networking and other technologies
3. Good to have basic understanding of Client Server Architecture, OS
4. Fundamental ITIL knowledge of V2 or V3 especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
5. CCNA/MCP/MSCA Preferred
6. Should provide hardware/software/network diagnosis support through e-mail/chat/telephone/web
7. Should monitor and manage various IT infrastructures
8. Should respond and solve customers’ problem through discussion including logs, research, isolation and follow-up steps
9. Use the Incident Management System to document information and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's
10. Analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact
11. Administer and provide User account provisioning & activities
12. Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure
13. Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff
14. Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists
15. Routine maintenance updates with other IT staff and business units
16. Should be willing to work 24/7 environment
17. Initiates, Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
18. Participate in on-going training and departmental development
