1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/MCA/BSc or equivalent graduate from any recognized university 
2. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems
3. Effective written/report writing and verbal communication skills demonstrating clarity
4. Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
5. Strong acumen for working on business intelligence systems & dashboards
6. Understanding of a "services business" in a high tech environment a plus
7. General understanding of revenue recognition and Financial Management processes a plus
