1. The candidate should be a BE/BTech/MCA/MBA graduate from any recognized university
2. Monitoring and assessing the impact of changes to standards and best practices
3. Influencing the technical direction •
4. Working closely with the Oracle DBA, OBIEE and Production Services teams on performance, recovery and capacity initiatives
5. Strong background in software development
6. QA and lifecycle principles, especially Agile
7. Demonstrable expertise in Continuous Integration / Test Driven Development approaches
8. Implementing project approaches and plans for the introduction of any changes driven by central technology and architecture streams

Required Skills:

1. Basic analytical and design skills
2. Communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
3. Basic data analysis and software testing skills to test modifications and enhancements
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Ability to learn how business issues may impact overall business plans
